BOUTIQUE HOUSE
HUs is a unique Auckland venue and accommodation located only 30 minutes from downtown.
Offering a 440sqm space, the ground floor boasts an art gallery/venue hall. Upstairs is all accommodation with a full view partially covered deck.
There is a stylish bar downstairs that is the iconic spot of the house, which is designed by the awarded architecture. It can opens up for indoor/out door entertaining.
Enjoy a relaxing walk through the paddock, walk rail to the pond area surrounded by forest, native flora and fauna.
LIVING ROOM
In the centre of upstairs space, there is the open plan lounge and dining area that extends out onto a covered deck. With an open beam ceiling and many lighting options, this space transforms with the flick of a switch.
The large wooden dining table is ideal for group planning sessions or to simply sit down and have a meal with your family or friends.
A perfect place to lounge around while enjoying the stunning view straight out to the Riverhead forest.
BALCONY
Step out onto our balcony and you’ll know why so many of our guests fall in love with HUs.
The sliding doors open up to the large deck overlooking the paddock.
The large outdoor dining table and chairs provide the perfect spot to park up and make the most of the views.
KITCHEN
This modern and fully equipped kitchen is perfect for entertaining on any occasion with its large, wooden centerpiece island. And the handmade lights from the designer’s workshop are hanging above your heads when you’re cooking there.
If you don’t want to cook, a private chef can be arranged for any meals. Please enquire our event manager about reservation and cost.
ROOMS
The accommodation offers 6 bedrooms (2 with ensuites) and 4 restrooms are located upstairs. Each room uniquely styled bedrooms are named by floras.
You can go through two bedrooms, living lounge or kitchen to the balcony with the full green surroundings of Rivehead forest.
